Reliant Plumbing is a New York plumbing company, based on Long Island.
Brief
Reliant Plumbing approached us to redesign and rebuild their website with the goal of creating a more organised, SEO-optimised online presence. In addition to improving site structure and performance, the aim was to also create a stronger visual identity that would elevate their brand.
Challenge
One of the key challenges during the design phase was creating a visually engaging plumbing website that would stand out from competitors. The original Reliant Plumbing site had a plain, white design with plumbing images, but it lacked the visual identity to make Reliant Plumbing stand out.
Another major challenge arose during the development phase – specifically, organising all of the service content onto a single page. On the original site, the services were spread across multiple pages, which resulted in an overly complicated click path. Our goal was to streamline the user experience by consolidating this content, while still making it easy to navigate.

Final Result
This is the final result of the Reliant Plumbing website redesign. We implemented multiple call-to-action elements throughout the site to ensure users are consistently reminded of the phone number and encouraged to call and book. All service-related content was consolidated onto a single, streamlined page, with jump link buttons added to help users quickly navigate to the specific services they’re interested in keeping the layout compact and user-friendly.
We also designed a visually striking website by using a background image featuring plumbing tools as the focal point at the top of each page, adding a professional and eye-catching touch. By drawing inspiration from their existing logo, we developed a cohesive design language—using consistent colours, typography, and imagery—to create a professional, trustworthy look that would leave a lasting impression and help set them apart in a competitive market.The colour scheme was thoughtfully applied across different sections of the site to highlight key content and create visual consistency.
