Long Island Paneling, Ceilings & Floors is a chain of home improvement stores on New York's Long Island.
Brief
This was a internal employee portal we built for Long Island Paneling, Ceilings & Floors which is separate to their regular business website (also built by us).
Challenge
The challenge was to create an easy-to-use employee portal that contains training videos, warranties, state labour information, a staff forum and a helpdesk system. The staff spans a large age range as well as digital proficiency ability spectrum, so it was crucial that the system be easy to operate for everyone.

Final Result
We created a fully-functioning internal system, complete with login and profile system for easy management. Everything is organised clearly using a filtering system so that the exact item or function needed is easy for all employees to locate regardless of level of digital proficiency. We also brought in a system to keep track of Google Reviews in order to address any issues that have arisen on the customer end.
