Bridal Harmony is a wedding hair and makeup business based in New York.
Brief
The owner of Bridal Harmony came to us looking for a website to replace the one she had previously that had not been updated in awhile. She was looking to have a website that would be easy to maintain on her own.
Challenge
The challenge was find ing the right colour scheme that did not go too over-the-top in terms of pink and traditional wedding colours. We also needed to find a way to incorporate a blog that featured important wedding beauty tips. We also needed to find a way to easily incorporate a price list that would need to be updated by herself as her prices changed.
Colours & Typography
Final Result
Using pink more subjectively, adding more of the sage green colour for text content and choosing the featured images carefully (ensuring images are light and airy) made for the perfect balance.
We overcame the challenge of the pricing list by creating an area in the dashboard of the site where the client can update the prices and it would not only populate on the pricing list page but also on the services page under each dropdown.
